In the Handmaid's Tale fifth season trailer, June returns to Gilead with an army.

The Handmaid's Tale season 5 releases September 14 on Hulu and has a trailer.

June (Elisabeth Moss) is in Canada but will return to the U.S. (Jordana Blake).

"They won't be hunting for Gilead returnees," she says. Under his eye.

In the full-length trailer, June is high off her savage murder of Fred Waterford (Joseph Fiennes).

Her family in Canada knows she's gone too far to return.

June informs her husband Luke (O-T Fagbenle) that she wants "her" to know she killed Fred.

Want her to come after us? He flinches when June opens a letter as "Offred."

Bruce Miller believes June's moral status is tenuous as old friends like Moira (Samira Wiley) challenge her.

He says, "She's in a bad spot, therefore we must push her." We wonder, "What would a human do?"

Serena seeks to bring down whoever assisted June as Gilead fans swarm Canada to support her.

June and Serena will clash during Fred's funeral.

"Their rivalry has been important from the beginning, and Fred almost got in the way," adds Miller.
