Sharna Burgess and Lindsay Arnold leaves DWTS after 10 years

After leaving everything they owned on the dance floor earlier, Sharna Burgess and Lindsay Arnold have decided to take a break from it for the time being.

The two professionals from Dancing With the Stars(DWTS) have revealed that they will be quitting the competition in order to have families.

Lindsay explained her decision to skip this season of Dancing With the Stars in a message that she sent out on August 31. She said, “I wanted to let you all know that I have decided not to be a part of Dancing With the Stars this season.”

It was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make, but in the end, I went with the option that I believed would be the most beneficial for both myself and my family.

Sage Cusick, who is currently 21 months old, was born to Lindsay and her husband Sam Cusick. Lindsay disclosed that she has made the decision to withdraw from the season in order to prevent her and Sage from being required to relocate to California while Sam continues to work in Utah.

In addition to the fact that they are forced to reside in separate regions, Lindsay disclosed that she and Sam are making efforts to expand their family.

According to what she wrote, “we tried every imaginable approach to make it work.” However, when it came down to it, none of the options seemed appropriate to me or like the greatest way forward for our life at this point in time.

In spite of the fact that she is leaving the show, Lindsay made sure to emphasise that it would forever hold a particular place in her heart and that things could change in the future.

She stated that this does not indicate that this is the end of my time on Dancing With the Stars and that it has nothing to do with her passion for the programme, which will never change. It also does not mean that this is the end of my time with DWTS.

Sharna, who gave birth to her first child with husband Brian Austin Green in June, utilised the Stories feature on Instagram to convey information that was similar.

She made the announcement on the 31st of August on her Instagram Stories, stating, “I have made the extremely difficult decision to not perform the season of Dancing With the Stars this year.”

The speaker stated, “There was a list that was posted that suggested I would be a pro, and I won’t be.”

Sharna mentioned that she was feeling powerful, in shape, and “so eager to dance;” nevertheless, the time commitment was ultimately what led her to decide against participating in the dance competition.

She made it clear that she was breastfeeding her child exclusively. “In addition to that, I like being a mother. It’s the best job in the world.

I made the decision not to dance despite the fact that it would be challenging due to the fact that I also had a family and a newborn at home, and it was possible that I would never get these moments back.

Sharna will still make an appearance on the broadcast, despite the fact that she has decided to withdraw from the competition. After first dropping a hint that she would be present in “some capacity,” she subsequently clarified that “you will see me, but it will simply be in a different way.”
